A few words about the team

In this position, you will be part of the HR&Finances department, but with your own responsibilities. You will take care of the office and its efficient organization, thanks to which chaos will never knock on our door 😊. You will help us create a place where you want to go to - not only to work but to meet and talk.


Your tasks:

• Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier)

• Ensuring the efficient and timely circulation of documents, entering them into the system and archiving

• Management and coordination of purchasing processes (i.e. everything we need to survive in the office 😉 i.e. office supplies, groceries)

• Selection and organization of accounting documents received from clients,

• Taking care of - aesthetics and order in the office

• Business travel service for owners and employees

• Organization of events and integration meetings

• Contact with service providers (i.e. cleaning company, service, building administration)

• Monitoring the office in terms of possible repairs/maintenance works - if necessary, ordering repairs/maintenance works

• And last but not least, support us in creating a friendly working atmosphere through openness and conversation


Job requirements

Must have:

• Ready to work stationary in the office

• Preferably you should have min. 3 years of experience in a similar position

• English at min. B2 (the official language on our internal channel is English)

• Good computer and MS Office skills

• The ability to work independently and in a team

• The ability to build relationships with people

• Communication and efficient operation
